Time for something new....

Well.... I wonder if i am making the right choice... Just hope that it can be something that worth the hardwork... Hmmmm..... New direction here I come!!!

The Sadako Story

The paper crane has become an international symbol of peace in recent years as a result of it's connection to the story of a young Japanese girl named Sadako Sasaki born in 1943. Sadako was two years old when the atom bomb was dropped on Hiroshima, Japan on August 6, 1945. As she grew up, Sadako was a strong, courageous and athletic girl. In 1955, at age 11, while practicing for a big race, she became dizzy and fell to the ground. Sadako was diagnosed with Leukemia, "the atom bomb" disease.
Sadako's best friend told her of an old Japanese legend which said that anyone who folds a thousand paper cranes would be granted a wish. Sadako hoped that the gods would grant her a wish to get well so that she could run again. She started to work on the paper cranes and completed over 1000 before dying on October 25, 1955 at the age of twelve.
The point is that she never gave up. She continued to make paper cranes until she died.
Inspired by her courage and strength, Sadako's friends and classmates put together a book of her letters and published it. They began to dream of building a monument to Sadako and all of the children killed by the atom bomb. Young people all over Japan helped collect money for the project.

In 1958, a statue of Sadako holding a golden crane was unveiled in Hiroshima Peace Park. The children also made a wish which is inscribed at the bottom of the statue and reads:

"This is our cry, This is our prayer, Peace in the world".

Today, people all over the world fold paper cranes and send them to Sadako's monument in Hiroshima.

This old man is a bit weird.... When I got on the bus, I saw him put his hand on the front seat handle... hmm.... I m lazy to seat at the back, so i sit in front of him... A few minutes later...... I heard a voice...... ah hum hum.....(loudly).. A few fake cough and a few real ones... when his throat is tired.... a few mins later .... again.... Then..... He said... AMK, ah hum hum..... few mins later.... Ys.... Ah humm humm...... and keep repeating during the journey....
Then got few people came up and he tell them... come come sit here..... hmm.... Maybe he is just being lonely.... poor guy.... hmm.... anyway... i sit away from him when i can... since the journey haven't reached....

Well... had saw a magic show under the hot sun.... this guy is acting like a clown and entertaining the kids... Well.... he did succeed in making the children happy with his tricks.... Interesting....

I had never had such a dream before.... At first I am shopping in some shopping mall. There is a lot of nice things that I wanted to buy. Then suddenly, I felt like I am at the ground floor. I saw a Lion walking slowly across the road outside the mall. There was a Cheetah near to me... but seem harmless as it it still and do not make a move. I pick up the Cheetah like a toy and keep with me. I felt like I am either on a bed and take something to cover and enable me to hide from the Lion. It saw me and roar and jump onto me... I felt one of its tooth hit my shoulder.... Then I wake up....

These instrument seems to be nice to hear if only it is a single instrument... But when it is played in a group. It is fantastic! They had played an old song... erm... I think it is from the Hong Kong Drama "Qian wang zhi wang."

Earthquake!!

Oh! My GOD! Earthquake again!! This time seems to be more serious than the previous one...! Hmm... Wonder if it is some kind of sign.... Lucky that our country has no real damage from earthquake so far... At first I thought I am having some kind of headache... but it feel weird... as if the whole house is shaking! Well... looking at the door and discover that it is shaking by itself.... hmm.... If I am in some other country like Indonesia... I think I will be scared to death.... Bus with weird seats...

Well... I had boarded a bus which looks like the ads on the TV. Some sort of beer ads... Hmm... the seats all are like sofa... And had 2 such seats which come with a table... a bit like a pub... i had try on the seats... unless you are eating or drinking... it is a bad seat... with no support on your back... might fall off if you are not careful... hmm... maybe next time there is such a service in the bus with food and drink and table.... etc... haha....

Look out cars

Recently while i m crossing the traffic lights, there was a guy who walked once the light just turn green... He is looking down on the road without noticing that a car is driving fast trying to beat the red light! I wanted to shout but voice just don't came out of my mouth. Anyway Lucky for the guy the car passes by almost knocking into him in few steps. If he is faster a bit, i think i will be a witness to a car accident... Don't think that traffic light is safe.... Beware... Drivers are human and make mistake... Once i m trying to get across to a cross junction, there is a bend and zebra crossing, i walk there notice a car came without looking for pedestrian and drive fast to the main road. I m lucky to look out for the car... if i dash across, i be now in hospital... I saw the face of the driver... it is a woman... and she is looking at the oncoming cars and not on the front of the road. So if you don't want to be killed for nothing... Look out for cars!

A song to the sun (TaiyounoUta)

Well... This is another drama by Eriks Sawajiri again... Another girl who is dying of some incurable disease... The movie version of TaiyounoUta is not that good, which is by another actress. The movie is quite slow at the start and end very fast... The drama version is quite good. The start of the show talks about the girl, Kaoru who cannot be expose by sunlight. So she had not been to school like any other kids since young.So she is only able to went out at night. Sound like a vampire... or a female ghost...eee... Well... Guys in the army would prefer to get this kind of excuse to escape the training .... haha... I have heard of guys who excuse sunlight... haha...
So once she is at the hospital and saw a guy who throw a guitar away, so she pick up and keep. Then she saw this guy again. And try to make friend with him. She had wrote her own song and went to sing in the park. When i saw this guy, somehow is a bit like me, useless... Anyway, this guy, Kouji is very good at music and guitar, but he gave up all. He can't even find a good job. Later in the story, this guy is touched by Kaoru who is so strong and having a dream. Kaoru later found out that her left hand is not working and wanted to end her life. But was encourage by Kouji who become her guitar. Later they form a band with a group of guys who is Kouji's friend. They are happy with the band... because all of them are aimless and do not have any dreams. Now that they found a dream to follow. They formed a group known as the moon child. And enter a band competition. It had touched lots of people and the Music production guy had touched by her and wanted to be her producer. At last she agree... but at this time her illness had worsen, if she did not take the operation, she may die. If she take it, she will lost her singing ability. Choice between dreams and life? She choose dreams... After her practice of 1 month, when they want to perform, she had died of illness. It is quite sad as it is not able to perform for the last time. But later her album was still release which taken from the recording session. If i am the writer, i m sure to give her the last performance before she died...

2 artist were standing on the streets... Well... the guy is talking happily to the girl beside him... My friend asked, is that a girl? Anyway, the girl did not put on the gray thing... It is a kind of art show, they must not move and only when people give them money then they will bow and thanks them... So I think they are having a break... So they are chatting happily... for a while ... then they begin...

Well... I just happened to pass by and saw the actress so I took a picture of it. This weekend had went to the comex, it is really crowded, but not as much. Maybe that time people had went home. It is really interesting that they seems like fighting with each other to get customer to buy their stuff. It is really good bargain to buy at this fair. There is also lots of hot girls around for the promo. I think they really trying their best to get their stuff sold.
Then today, had went for a movie, Evan Almighty, its a comedy and some kind of a God movie. Not bad. can watch. One of the quote he said is good to learn... It is something like that... "God give you courage by giving you the opportunity to learn about courage."
